The family-run handweaving studio was established by award winning textile designer Gerd Hey-Edie in 1947. The workshop overlooks the Mourne Mountain ranges located in Northern Ireland which were a constant source of inspiration for Gerd’s designs.

Mourne textiles combines meticulous research with time honoured craftmanship specialising in textured, woven, pure wool products.
